PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept cashiers checks, money orders, and personal checks. Orders paid with a personal checks are held for up to two-weeks in order to allow time to clear our bank.

SHIPPING
All in stock orders are shipped within two business days via UPS or FedEx. Larger items such as televisions and furniture are shipped via truck. Our primary goal is to get your product delivered to you safely. Expedited shipping is available at extra cost. We do not guarantee a ship date for any out of stock item. Some out-of-stock or special order items may take 3-4 weeks to be delivered.

All of our products carry the manufacturer's full warranty except in the case of used products which carry a limited 30-day warranty. Return shipping charges are paid by the customer. All products are shipped, fully insured. Customer must make note, prior to accepting the package, of any noticeable damage to the package at the time of the delivery.

All claims for damage and product shortages must be reported to Reference Audio Video within 24-hours of receipt of the product.


Reference Audio Video will replace any defective component within 30-days of date of purchase except in the case where the item is a special order. All returns must contain all of the original packing material and include all accessories, books and warranty cards with no writing in them. All components must be returned in perfect condition with no scratches or other physical defects. Customers must obtain a Return Authorization from Reference Audio Video's Customer Service Department prior to returning any item. Any item returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.


Reference Audio Video assumes no liability for components that are modified, altered, abused, or used for purposes other than their original intended purpose.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the product.
